By accessing or using SpeedSpec (the “Service”), operated by SpeedSpec LLC (“SpeedSpec”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

SpeedSpec helps you discover automotive parts, check fitment, and plan builds. It is an informational tool. Fitment data, specifications, and prices are provided on a best-effort basis and can be incomplete or out of date — always verify fitment and price with the manufacturer or retailer before purchasing.

SpeedSpec is not a seller. Purchases happen on third-party retailers' own websites, subject to their terms, pricing, and policies. We don't process payments or fulfill orders.

You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and let us know of any unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of the reviews, builds, and other content you create. By posting, you grant SpeedSpec a non-exclusive license to host and display that content to operate the Service. Don't post anything unlawful, infringing, misleading, or abusive. We may moderate, remove, or restrict content and accounts that violate these terms.

SpeedSpec participates in affiliate programs and may earn a commission when you buy through our links, at no extra cost to you. This never changes the price you pay, and we aim to keep recommendations honest and fitment-driven.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that fitment data, specs, availability, or prices are accurate, complete, or current. You are solely responsible for verifying that a part fits and is safe and legal for your vehicle and intended use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeedSpec will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any purchase you make from a third-party retailer, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

The SpeedSpec name, brand, and the Service's original content and design are owned by SpeedSpec LLC and may not be used without permission.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or to protect the Service and its users.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
